Initial & ongoing training for gift counseling of SMLC's Endowment team;
Provide & monitor a diverse group of discount priced investments;
Audience mapping tools, member interface material & case advice reviews.
SMLC Endowment Management Committee
Recommend, monitor & report on LCMS Foundation investments;
Review & recommend for acceptance donor property to Endowment fund;
Request, review & submit accounting & legal Endowment documents.
SMLC Gift Development Committee
Awareness & promotion of gift planning services at SMLC;
Hold discovery interviews, analyze options & develop recommendations with senior SMLC Endowment counselors and LCMS Gifting experts;
Develop & maintain ongoing communications with interested as well as active donors.
St Matthew Church Endowment Committee
Set Objectives and monitor Key Results of Manager & Gift Developer teams;
Approve and, when necessary, refer to Governing Board gift disbursements;
Report progress periodically to Governing Board and to Congregation.
